Correspondence Courses
Post Licensing     Continuing Education

Salespersons who are renewing their license for the 1st. time must complete

  • 30 hours of Post Licensing Education instead of Continuing Education.
  • You must choose 1 Post Licensing Education Practice Track (Residential, Commerical or Property Management) by completing all the Mandatory courses in the Practice Track you select. 
  • You can select Post Licensing Elective courses from any of the Practice Tracks.

Our Residential Practice Track includes:

MANDATORY: 

  • 3 hours - Fair Housing
  • 3 hours - Agency Law
  • 3 hours - Ethics
  • 3 hours - Real Estate Law
  • 3 hours - Offer to Purchase

ELECTIVES: 

  • 2 hours - Business Planning
  • 1 hour  - Land Use
  • 3 hours - Finance
  • 3 hours - Property Valuation & the Listing Process
  • 3 hours - Technology
  • 3 hours - Selling

Cost = $184.00 for complete 30 hours
           $   5.00 for shipping

Sales persons who have previously renewed their current license at least one time must complete 16 hours of Continuing Education within your current license term to renew your license:

MANDATORY:
  • 2 hours in Fair Housing

  • 1 hour legal updates/Law
  • 2 hours Real Estate Contracts
  • 3 hours Ethics and Standards of Conduct.
